Notice is hereby given of a public hearing of the Village of South Russell Council on May 13, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following amendments to the Village of South Russell Zoning Code:  (1) to adopt new Section 3.11 of the Zoning Code to provide for the expiration and extensions of approvals from the Board of Zoning Appeals (Board) or Planning Commission (Commission); (2) to amend Section 3.01(d) of the Zoning Code to provide when zoning permits become void; (3) to amend Section 3.04(c) of the Zoning Code to provide when Commission action on development approval is to be certified; (4) to amend Section 3.05(c) of the Zoning Code to provide when the Commission must act, and when such Commission action shall be certified, on conditional use permits; (5) to amend Section 3.06(c) of the Zoning Code to provide when the Commission must act, and when such Commission action shall be certified, on amendments; (6) to amend Section 3.07(c) of the Zoning Code to provide when the Board or Commission must act, and when such Board or Commission action shall be certified, on appeals; and (7) to amend Section 1.05 of the Zoning Code providing the Zoning Map to be on file in the Village Building Department and/or with the Village records.
