Trash Collection and Paper Shredding
The Village of South Russell does not offer trash collection. Residents are responsible for contracting with their own trash hauling service. However, the village does offer our residents a trash drop off event each spring and a shred day event each fall. Events are posted on the Homepage and Calendar.

The Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel (OCC), the residential utility consumer advocate, represents the interests of 4.5 million households in proceedings before state and federal regulators and in the courts.
