The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a third readings of legislation pertaining to moving the advance back from the Manor Brook Fund to the Income Tax Fund, transferring from the Income Tax Fund to the Manor Brook Fund, and amending appropriations for the transfer.  Additionally, Wreaths Across America and wreaths for veterans will be discussed.  The meeting is open to the public.
