The two Special Council meetings to be held on Friday December 16, 2022 at 11:50 a.m. and 11:55 a.m. will be held for the following purposes: the second and third readings of legislation regarding advanced funds and certifying their return to the Income Tax Fund; amending previous Resolution 2022-98 to increase the amount to be up to $70,000 for engineering and surveys; motion to approve purchase orders t; motion to appoint a representative to the ESID Board; and to amend the Annual Appropriations and Transfer ordinance. The meetings will be held at Augie’s Pizza and Ribs 5210 Chillicothe Rd., South Russell, OH 44022 and not in Village Hall.
