The Village of South Russell Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during a special meeting on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 7:30pm at Village Hall to consider the following Conditional Use request: PC CASE # 22-09: 576 Industrial Parkway-Hawaiian Guys BBQ.
Mr. Justin Davies of Paskevich & Associates, applicant for the property located at 576 Industrial Parkway, owned by Mr. Mark Derry, and on behalf of the proposed tenants Rachael and Duane Sherry, is seeking approval for a proposed catering kitchen, an enclosed area for BBQ smokers, and a stationary food truck and to schedule a public hearing on PC CASE # 22-10 on the conditional use permit application submitted by Ms. Kristen Scanlon, owner of Pony Boys Restaurant and applicant for the property located at 506 East Washington, owned by Mr. Thomas Violante, for a proposed sign on the west side of the building.
