The meeting is being held for the purpose of repealing Ordinance 2024-92, approving the interconnection agreement with the Illuminating Company, and authorizing the mayor to execute the agreement.  Council will also be considering a change order and final payment for the Central Retention Basin project.  The meeting is open to the public.
