The Village of South Russell will hold a Special Council meeting to conduct Public Hearing on Monday, November 14, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in Village Hall for the purposes of considering an amendment to Section 618.13 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of South Russell to allow goats on lots with less than 2 acres in a platted subdivision, pursuant to petitions submitted to the Village of South Russell by Petitioner residing at 31 Garden Park Drive, South Russell, Ohio 44022.
