The Special Council meeting is being held to conduct an Executive Session for the purposes of discussing the purchase of property pursuant to Section 121.22(G)(2) of the Ohio Revised Code and to confer with  the Solicitor to discuss a dispute involving the public body that is the subject of pending or imminent court action pursuant to Section 121.22(G)(3) of the Ohio Revised Code.
