The Village of South Russell Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during a special meeting on Monday, December 12, 2022 at 6:00pm at Village Hall to consider the following Conditional Use request: PC CASE # 22-10-A: 506 East Washington Street-Ponyboys Restaurant and Bar. Ms. Kristen Scanlon of Ponyboys LLC, applicant for the property located at 506 East Washington Street, owned by Mr. Thomas Violante, is seeking approval for a proposed sign painted on the west side of the building.
