The joint special meeting of the Planning Commission and Council is for the purpose of viewing the location for the proposed landscaping and screening required by Planning Commission for the easement obtained by the Village for the Manor Brook project   The  meeting location will be at the intersection of Manor Brook Drive and Chillicothe Road.  The meeting is open to the public.
